6 & Under: Swimmers ages 4 - 6
Juniors: Swimmers ages 7 - 10
Seniors: Swimmers ages 11 - 18
Practice Schedule
Swim practices will begin on May 19th, 2026
May 19-20 (Tues & Wed)
6 & Unders: 5:00pm - 5:30pm
Juniors 7-10 years old: 5:30pm - 6:15pm
Seniors 11-18 years old: 6:15v - 7:00pm
May 26- June 12 (Mon - Thurs)
6 & Unders: 5:00pm - 5:30pm
Juniors 7-10 years old: 5:30pm - 6:15pm
Seniors 11-18 years old: 6:15pm - 7:00pm
June 15 - July 14 (Mon / Wednesday / Thurs)
6 & Unders: 4:00pm - 4:30pm

Timing System
The JRays switched to a new timing system in 2022, which is simpler and doesn't require you to load an app on your phone (or worry about your phone's charge).
The system is called Time Drops, and has a very simple push-button for timers to stop the clock.
The system will take care of everything else!
