Hello JRays families,

Due to the weather, and the water temperature, the 6u practice is CANCELLED today.  We will have practice/ dryland weather permitting on Wednesday and Thursday.  Please bring sneakers on Wednesday and Thursday.

All other practices (Junior and Senior) are ON for today.  The water temperature is cool- so we will be doing distance swim practice today.  You may want to pack extra towels and a hoody today.
