Hello J Rays Families, 

We are looking forward to a fun meet on Tuesday night.  We are including a couple of extra fun events: 

1.  6u swimmers will be invited to swim a 25 butterfly for a popsicle. We will work on our butterfly tomorrow in practice. 

2.  There will be a parent relay happening right after the 6u butterfly event.  Come in your bathing suit and let Coach Lori know if you are planning on swimming!  

3.  Don't forget to register and pay for the N. Raleigh Championship meet by Tuesday 6/30.  We have 3 - 13-18 boys signed up to swim we only need one more to join Dante, Andrew and Leo.  We have 3 -9-10 boys - we only need one more to join Abe, Nolan and Cash!  We also need one more 11-12 girl to join Ananda, Matilda, and Kali!
