Here are all the details about the meet this Sunday, July 12th.  This is all copy and pasted from the email from the meet administrators. Please reach out to me if you have questions.  The heat sheet is attached. Please remember, the top times from each event score points, and win medals/ribbons.  If you child's seed times are not correct, it doesn't mean they can't swim fast and win!  

TIMES: 

Arrival:  9:00

Warm ups will be 9:20-9:50am Meet Start 10:00 am Lanes 1-2 GWC, Lanes 3-4 JCC, Lane 5 QH and Lane 6 NRSC and UN   

VOLUNTEERS: 

 JCC 4 timers and 1 kid pusher  The timers meeting will be in the area behind concessions at 9:35am. Please meet there. If you can time or kid push, (you will on deck with your kids) please reply to this email.  

CONCESSIONS There will be light concessions sold at the meet. Cash and Venmo only.  

ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE: Swimmers should arrive and leave in their suits. The locker rooms are closed for construction at Ravenscroft. (see Facility information for restroom information). All families should arrive at Ravenscroft and park in marked spots only. Please enter the Finley Center by walking between the Finley Center and the Football field and walking up the stairs on the left to the building. Upon entering the building you will go to concessions (straight ahead) or turn right to go to the pool for swimmers and to the balcony for spectators. Due to the low numbers we are going to have the athletes sitting on deck and NOT the gym. So, swimmers can bring chairs and should sit in the area marked by blue tape for their team. Each team area should be cleaned up by your team. All trash disposed of. Again, all spectators will be in the balcony area- not the gym. Please make sure that all swimmers dry off before leaving to go into the hallway. There will be a door marshal there to help with this. There will be mats on the floor but we want to make sure that it's safe for everyone. Please remind your swimmers to use the restroom before the meet and dry off before leaving the deck. Also, please make sure they have on SHOES or CROCS or something on their feet in the lobby area. FACILITY: NO SWIMMERS should change in the restroom. Please come in your suit and leave in your suit. The restroom for swimmers can be found downstairs by the main pool door - NO spectators are allowed down those stairs at any time. Swimmers must be completely dry before going down to those restrooms. Restrooms for spectators can be found by the concession table in the lobby. Please make sure NO SWIMMERS are allowed to change in that restroom. All swimmers should arrive in their suits and leave in their suits. No spectators or swimmers should go anywhere in the building other than the balcony, the restroom in the hallway or concessions area. Please do not wander hallways or campus at any time. The track and field are OFF LIMITS. 

I underlined the changes from prior years.  Swimmers will need chairs to sit in on deck, they need to come and go in their swim suit - no changing at Ravencroft.  Swimmers will be on deck with coaches and volunteers - parents/families are in the bleachers.  The whole meet will take about 2 hours.
